About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in customer service, operations, project coordination, and technical sales support within the waterworks industry.

As an HDPE Sales and Service Support Representative, you will support the HDPE team by assisting with customer inquiries, sales administration, service coordination, documentation, and operational activities. Through training and hands-on experience, you will develop technical product knowledge and gain exposure to purchasing, sales support, and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and documentation related to fusion equipment and rental assets
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating HDPE fusion services and activities
  • Support customer inquiries by providing timely service and technical information
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are communicated and fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate records and support branch operational activities as required
  • Assist with purchasing and sales-related activities as knowledge and experience within the role develops
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service

Who We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply (Diploma, certificate, or degree in Business, Engineering Technology, Construction, Supply Chain, Trades, or a related field is considered an asset)
  • Field or construction-related experience is considered an asset but is not required
  • Direct waterworks or HDPE industry experience is not required; training will be provided
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (asset)
  • Good customer service mindset and positive attitude
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology and computer applications
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry 25 lbs or more

  • Base Pay: $57,000 - $61,000 Annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
