About the Role

ICONIX has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Manager, HDPE in Ontario. The successful candidate will develop HDPE sales by identifying new sales opportunities and markets for HDPE products, customer relationships, and support existing Account Managers with HDPE sales opportunities and leads.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage HDPE and specialty products sales in the assigned region by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends ICONIX reach within the region.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to ICONIX clients.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
  • Achieve the annual revenue and margin budgets, and product-specific targets that are established by the Regional Manager, Sales and Operations.
  • Research ways to penetrate new markets and products.
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
  • 5 years' related experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to make a huge impact on the business
  • Ability to organize effectively and delegate responsibilities
  • Sales planning and territory management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
